Nissan’s hot-selling Rogue continues to be a bright spot for the company, with the CUV serving as Nissan’s bread-and-butter model for its SUV-related affairs.

Nissan has released pricing updates for the 2027 non-hybrid Rogue, and buyers will have to pay a bit more to get their hands on a Rogue for their garage.

Higher pricing comes to Rogue

The pricing increases are spearheaded by the Rogue S, which now starts at $31,265 which is a gain of $230 compared to last year. All-wheel drive is still a $1400 extra, but the SV and Rock Creek models can also be equipped with AWD.

Prices for the 2027 Rogue SV and Rogue Dark Armor also increase by $230 to $32,265 and $35,115, respectively. Meanwhile, the 2027 Rogue Rock Creek receives the largest price increase of $580. It now starts at $36,515. The Rogue Platinum is $430 more expensive than before, at $41,365. Most of these price increases are roughly on par with what we expected and reflect some of the challenges Nissan is dealing with regarding beefed-up costs.

Light updates and familiar goods

With revised pricing being the main updates here, Nissan chose to apply a light touch to its remaining tweaks to the Rogue. A lot of the familiar goods from last year are carried over, with the 2027 model still being powered by a 1.5-liter three-cylinder that makes 201 hp and 225 lb-ft of torque.

But while the engine is unchanged, Nissan made some tweaks to the Xtronic CVT that supposedly provide a “crisper throttle response” and “a smoother and more linear acceleration profile.” We look forward to experiencing it ourselves in real-world use in the future to see if any of the changes are noticeable to the driver, but Nissan says the Rogue can get an EPA-estimated 28 miles per gallon in the city, 33 mph on the highway, and 30 mpg combined.

When can I buy one?

Look for the 2027 Nissan Rogue to begin trickling its way into dealerships later this year. Nissan is still pushing the Rogue as a strong value play, with the Rogue being cheaper than models like the Honda CR-V and the Toyota RAV4.
